DISCOVERY & ONBOARDING
First we get acquainted! We will have a discovery call to discuss your needs and get a better understanding of your goals. Then we determine the best experience for you and provide details on how to prepare for the next phase of your project.
STRATEGY & DESIGN
Here we work together develop a strategic way to approach your needs with your selected experience. Whether branding, web or a system, a strategy guide will be created and work as the foundation for your design. Next, we will work on the visual aspects and how to align them with your brand.
LAUNCH
Now that the strategy and design are finalize, it’s go time! We will perform complete end-to-end user testing to confirm your website or system is working as expected. Once you provide your final approval, your new solution will be available for all your clients to see.
OFFBOARDING & SUPPORT
Once your new solution is launched, you will receive all details and files used throughout the project and have a 1-on-1 training session to learn how to maintain your new website or system. You will also have of 14 -30 days post launch support to assist with any questions or features.

Yes, I do. I understand design services are an investment for your business and want to make this task on your to do list easier. After the initial consultation and project terms are confirmed, a 25-50% non-refundable deposit is required. A payment schedule will be provided to outline the timeline over the project.
